         L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura di 350.000 litri/anno di AdBlue di sintesi necessario per gli autobus della flotta di ARST S.p.A. La durata della fornitura è pari a 24 mesi a decorrere dalla data del primo ordine di fornitura, con possibilità di rinnovo e agli stessi patti e condizioni del contratto originario, ad insindacabile discrezione della Stazione Appaltante, per un ulteriore periodo massimo di 12 mesi.

         La fornitura comprende inoltre, a titolo di noleggio gratuito, i contenitori per l’AdBlue di volume almeno 5000 litri, dotati di impianto di erogazione del prodotto omologati e completi di pistola per il rifornimento degli autobus bus e conta litri. I suddetti impianti da 5000 l dovranno essere dislocati nelle sedi aziendali di Cagliari, Oristano, Nuoro e Sassari, mentre per le rimanenti sedi (vedi art.4) la fornitura del prodotto dovrà avvenire con contenitori omologati da 1000 litri, dotati di sistema di erogazione e contalitri.
