      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Il Comune di Rieti ha deliberato di affidare con procedura aperta i servizi di di refezione scolastica per le scuole dell’infanzia e scuole primarie del comune di Rieti.

         La durata dell’appalto, escluse eventuali opzioni, è stabilita in 3 (tre) anni scolastici, secondo il relativo calendario, per gli anni 2023/2024 - 2024/2025 - 2025/2026 con decorrenza dalla attivazione del servizio.

         La presente procedura aperta telematica verrà aggiudicata dal Comune di Rieti a lotto unico ed indivisibile, secondo il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, individuata sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità prezzo, ai sensi degli artt. 60 e 95 del D. Lgs 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.

         Qualunque richiesta di chiarimento relativo alla procedura di gara in oggetto dovrà essere effettuata in via telematica attraverso la sezione della piattaforma di gestione delle procedure telematiche di acquisto riservata alla richiesta di chiarimenti,

         almeno 10 giorni prima della scadenza del termine fissato per la presentazione delle offerte. Le richieste di chiarimenti devono essere formulate esclusivamente in lingua italiana.
