        Requisiti di idoneità professionale – art. 83, comma 1, lettera a), e comma 3, del D.Lgs 50/2016: La partecipazione alla gara è riservata alle compagnie di assicurazione che abbiano legale rappresentanza e stabile organizzazione in Italia, in possesso dell’autorizzazione all’esercizio delle assicurazioni private con riferimento al ramo del lotto cui si presenta l’offerta, in base al D. Lgs. n. 209/2005 e ss.mm.ii., in conformità agli artt. 45, 47 e 48 del Codice nonché in possesso dei requisiti previsti dal presente disciplinare e relativi allegati. Possono partecipare anche Compagnie di assicurazione appartenenti ad altri stati membri dell’unione europea, purché sussistano le condizioni richieste dalla vigente normativa per l’esercizio dell’attività assicurativa in regime di libertà di stabilimento (art. 23 D. Lgs. 209/2005 e ss.mm.ii) o in regime di libera prestazione di servizi (art. 24 D. Lgs. 209/2005 e ss.mm.ii.) nel territorio dello stato italiano, in possesso dei requisiti minimi di partecipazione.

        Requisiti di capacità economica-finanziaria - art. 83, comma 1, lettera b) del D.Lgs 50/2016:

        Al fine di garantire la solidità economico finanziaria dei candidati e di assicurare la solvibilità delle obbligazioni oggetto del presente affidamento, si ritiene necessario richiedere come requisito minimo di ammissione,

        • per quanto attiene la capacità economico-finanziaria di cui all’art. 83, comma 1, lettera b) del D.Lgs 50/2016: di aver effettuato una raccolta annuale di premi assicurativi nel ramo di riferimento, nel triennio 2020 – 2021 – 2022, pari ad almeno il doppio del valore relativo all’appalto del Lotto a cui si partecipa;

        • per quanto attiene la capacità tecnico-professionale di cui all’art. 83, comma 1, lettera c) del D.Lgs 50/2016: di aver stipulato e svolto con buon esito nel triennio antecedente la data di pubblicazione della presente procedura, in favore di destinatari pubblici e/ o privati, almeno due servizi assicurativi relativi a rischi analoghi per tipologia al Lotto a cui si intende partecipare, ciascuno con un premio annuo, al lordo delle eventuali imposte governative, non inferiore alla base di gara annua lorda del Lotto a cui si intende partecipare. Si precisa che per il Lotto 3 “Cyber risks” per rischi analoghi si intendono servizi nel ramo danni (non RC Auto).
