Vendita da parte di TUA S.p.A. di complessivi n. 13 autobus bipiano suddivisi in n. 13 lotti aggiudicabili separatamente per l’importo a base d’asta di €. 1.098.708,00. L’offerta può essere presentata per uno o più o tutti i lotti.Il disciplinare integrativo del presente bando con i relativi allegati, gli elabo-rati tecnici ed i documenti complementari, come meglio specificati nel disci-plinare stesso possono essere visionati e scaricati da https://tuabruzzo.acquistitelematici.it a cui si può accedere mediante il link relativo alla “Istituzione piattaforma digitale per la gestione della trasparenza amministrativa” in www.tuabruzzo.it – amministrazione trasparente – bandi di gara e contratti. Non saranno rilasciate copie dei documenti posti a base di gara. L’aggiudicazione avverrà separatamente per lotti al prezzo più alto offerto per ciascun lotto (gara a rialzo – contratti attivi). autorizzazione a contrarre da parte del C.d.A. con verbale del 12.5.2023. La TUA si riserva, a propria esclusiva discrezione, di non procedere alla vendita di uno o più degli autobus di cui alla presente gara, fino ad un massimo di n. 4 autobus fra i n. 13 oggetto di vendita, in base alle offerte pervenute e alle esi-genze di servizio adeguatamente motivate sulla base di criteri tecnico-economici. Pertanto nulla avranno a pretendere gli eventuali aggiudicatari dei lotti per i quali la TUA valuterà di non procedere con la vendita. L’aggiudicazione della gara avverrà separatamente per ciascun lotto all’offerta di prezzo più alto rispetto al prezzo a base d’asta. Il prezzo a base d’asta per ciascun lotto è indicato nel Riepilogo basi d’asta. Non sono ammesse offerte pari o in ribasso rispetto a tali prezzi.

Sono ammessi a presentare offerta i soggetti di cui all’art. 45 del codice con le modalità ed i limiti specificati nel disciplinare. Si applicano le previsioni di cui all’art. 83 del codice (soccorso istruttorio) in materia di mancanza, incom-pletezza o irregolarità. La documentazione ufficiale della procedura di affi-damento è quella pubblicata sulla piattaforma digitale. L’eventuale aggiudica-zione definitiva della procedura è di competenza del Consiglio di Ammini-strazione dell’ente aggiudicatore o suo delegato. Il presente bando comunque non vincola in alcun modo l’ente aggiudicatore. Resta salvo, perciò, l’esercizio di autotutela da parte dell’ente aggiudicatore circa l’annullamento della gara in qualsiasi momento e, qualora intervenga l’efficacia dell’aggiudicazione definitiva, circa il non luogo a procedere alla stipula del contratto. La procedura è indetta per ragioni di urgenza, legate alla necessità di immediato inizio della prestazione, con pubblicazione nei termini ridotti di cui al comma 3, dell’art. 60 del d.lgs.n. 50/2016 e s.m.i.
