        A seguito della realizzazione dei lotti I , II, III e IV del nuovo complesso scolastico destinato all’Istituto, osservata la crescita delle iscrizioni negli istituti del Capoluogo (+1.800 iscritti in 5 anni), provveduto ai riassetti degli spazi disponibili con il nuovo a.s. 2015-16, si è infine verificata l’ effettiva necessità di realizzazione del completamento del corpo intermedio della struttura didattica dell’indirizzo alberghiero.

        Già previsto come VI LOTTO dal progetto preliminare, e definitivo complessivo, approvato con Deliberazione Consiglio Provinciale n° 133 / 28408/99 del 14.04.1999, ed ora aggiornato in via di priorità come V LOTTO, con l’indirizzo assunto dalla GP del 03.06.2015, con Direttiva n° 53/2015.

        Nel contesto del progetto complessivo, la realizzazione del V LOTTO costituisce un necessario implemento della quantità degli spazi dedicati alla didattica teorica e specialistica non operativa, per compattare le sedi in uso, permettendo allo stato attuale il rientro delle classi attualmente dislocate presso la sede dell’ITGC “G. MARINONI” e nella sede di via MODOTTI (27 classi complessive).

        Il progetto del fabbricato V LOTTO, tipologicamente e funzionalmente speculare al IV, realizza pertanto un consistente ampliamento degli spazi della didattica ordinaria (+24 aule normali) e dei laboratori specialistici (+4 aule speciali) previsti dall’indirizzo di studi dell’I.S.I.S. “B.STRINGHER”.

        E" parte integrante dell"affidamento la restituzione di modelli, documenti e dati secondo la metodologia BIM, come specificato all"art. 31 - alla pag. 37 - del CSA.

        L"Ente appaltante, per la gestione dei dati e delle informazioni secondo la metodologia BIM, mette a disposizione i modelli IFC delle parti edile, strutture e impianti.
