         Il contratto può essere modificato, senza una nuova procedura di affidamento, ai sensi dell’articolo 106, comma 1, lettera a) del Codice, per prestazioni aggiuntive nella misura del 20%.           Fornitura in noleggio "chiavi in mano" di N. 1 Sistema TC Simulatore, dotato degli accessori e degli arredi necessari per la sala e per la consolle e di quant’altro richiesto negli artt. 3 e 4 del Capitolato tecnico e prestazionale, nonché dei costi inerenti l’attività di formazione e supporto per l’avviamento e la messa a regime del sistema, come descritto nell’art. 13 del Capitolato tecnico e prestazionale.

          Manutenzione ordinaria/straordinaria (di tipo full risk all inclusive) sull’apparecchiatura fornita compresi tutti gli accessori a corredo della stessa.

          Qualsiasi altra fornitura complementare necessaria all’integrazione del TC Simulatore con i sistemi di TPS e Record & Verify già presenti.

          Progettazione, direzione ed esecuzione di tutti i lavori edili, elettrici, impiantistici, protezionistici e di sicurezza di adeguamento del locale, necessari all"installazione e corretto funzionamento del sistema offerto. I lavori dovranno essere coperti da garanzia totale decorrente dalla data del collaudo. Smontaggio, dismissione e smaltimento vecchia apparecchiatura.
