          Il contratto contiene oltre all"opzione di rinnovo sopradescritta, l"opzione di proroga tecnica ai sensi dell"art. 106, comma 11, del D.lgs. 50/2016 s.m.i. Detta proroga sarà limitata al tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione delle procedure necessarie per l’individuazione di un nuovo contraente. Ai soli fini della determinazione dell’importo massimo della procedura, ai sensi dell’art. 35, comma 4, del D.Lgs. 50/2016 s.m.i., tale periodo è stimato in 180 giorni. Si ricorda che in tal caso il contraente “è tenuto all’esecuzione delle prestazioni agli stessi prezzi, patti e condizioni o più favorevoli per la stazione appaltante”.
