         a) essere iscritti nel registro della Camera di Commercio, Industria, Artigianato e Agricoltura o nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l"artigianato, o presso i competenti ordini professionali.

         b) essere in possesso dell’autorizzazione rilasciata dal Ministero delle Attività Produttive o dall’Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazione (IVASS) all’esercizio dell’attività assicurativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 e ss. del D.Lgs. n. 209/2005, per i rami assicurativi relativi ai lotti per i quali intende partecipare. (Il presente requisito deve essere posseduto da tutte le Imprese partecipanti, comprese le mandanti in R.T.I. e le consorziate esecutrici/assicuratrici quale requisito soggettivo d’obbligo a pena di esclusione).

         c) per le Imprese aventi sede legale in uno Stato membro dell’Unione Europea diverso dall’Italia che intenda partecipare in regime di libertà di stabilimento:

         - possesso dell’autorizzazione IVASS o altra documentazione analoga rilasciata dal Ministero competente riferita ai rami assicurativi per i lotti d’interesse tramite la propria sede secondaria in Italia.

         Per la comprova del requisito il concorrente presenta idonea documentazione oppure la stazione appaltante acquisisce d’ufficio i documenti in possesso di pubbliche amministrazioni, previa indicazione, da parte dell’operatore economico, degli elementi indispensabili per il reperimento delle informazioni o dei dati richiesti.

         d) per le Imprese aventi sede legale in uno Stato membro dell’Unione Europea diverso dall’Italia che intenda partecipare in regime di libera prestazione di servizio:

         - possesso dell’autorizzazione IVASS o altra documentazione analoga rilasciata dal Ministero competente, riferita ai rami assicurativi per i lotti d’interesse e deve aver comunicato all’ufficio del Registro di Roma e all’IVASS la nomina del proprio rappresentante fiscale o l’autorizzazione rilasciata dal Paese di provenienza.

         Per la comprova del requisito il concorrente presenta idonea documentazione oppure la stazione appaltante acquisisce d’ufficio i documenti in possesso di pubbliche amministrazioni, previa indicazione, da parte dell’operatore economico, degli elementi indispensabili per il reperimento delle informazioni o dei dati richiesti.

         e) per le Imprese aventi sede legale in uno Stato terzo al fine di poter esercitare l’attività in Italia, riferita ai rami assicurativi per i lotti d’interesse:

         - possesso dei requisiti di cui all’art. 28 del D.Lgs. 209/2005 ss.mm.ii.
