La procedura di gara è interamente svolta attraverso una piattaforma telematica di negoziazione ai sensi dell’art. 58 del D.lgs. n. 50 del 2016. Per l’espletamento della presente gara l’Azienda USL si avvale del Sistema Informatico per le Procedure Telematiche di Acquisto, accessibile dal sito http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it. Tutta la documentazione di gara è scaricabile, solo per la consultazione, dal sito www.ausl.bologna.it - sezione "Bandi di gara e contratti – Bandi di gara". I chiarimenti dovranno essere inviati al Sistema secondo le modalità esplicitate nelle guide per l"utilizzo della nuova piattaforma accessibili dal sito http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/agenzia/utilizzo-del-sistema/guide/. La prima seduta virtuale, fissata per l’apertura della documentazione caricata a Sistema si terrà presso il Servizio Acquisti di Area Vasta, Via Gramsci,12 – Bologna; l’eventuale variazione della data di apertura di cui al punto IV.2.7 sarà comunicata mediante pubblicazione sul sito.
