         A) servizio di prevenzione incendi, gestione delle emergenze e pronto intervento espletato da squadra antincendio occupata nei controlli preventivi e nell’intervento in caso di incendio in supporto agli addetti di compartimento, ai sensi del punto 42 del Titolo V del D.M. del 19.03.2015 (Allegato III)

         B) gestione, assistenza tecnica e servizio antincendio dell"elisuperficie del Policlinico, con le peculiarità di cui al D.M. Infrastrutture e Trasporti 01/02/2006 ed in particolare:

         • un servizio antincendio, costituito da personale operativo in possesso dell"abilitazione rilasciata dal Ministero dell"Interno, ai sensi dell"art. 3 della legge 23.12.1980 n. 930, con la modalità di cui al D.M. 02.04.1981 in servizio secondo quanto previsto dal D.M. 26/10/2007 n. 238;

         • la gestione dell"elisuperficie ai sensi del Decreto del Ministero Infrastrutture e Trasporti del 01/02/2006 e artt. 4 e 12 D.M. Interno 26/10/2007 n. 238, con la condizione che il “Gestore” è l’unico responsabile in sede civile e penale dell’operatività a norma della medesima e dunque provvede ad espletare tutte le pratiche e procedure richieste per legge;

         C) supporto al Sistema di Gestione della Sicurezza Antincendio svolto da professionista antincendio in possesso di attestato di partecipazione, con esito positivo, al corso base di specializzazione antincendio di cui al decreto del Ministro dell’interno 5 agosto 2011, iscritto negli elenchi del Ministero dell"interno di cui all"articolo 16 del decreto legislativo 8 marzo 2006, n. 139.
