         Costituisce oggetto del presente Appalto l’affidamento del servizio di trasporto, individuale e collettivo, e accompagnamento delle persone con disabilità in età scolastica e post-scolastica in una logica di integrazione all’interno del sistema dei servizi disabili/fragilità, rivolto ai residenti nei Comuni di Bresso, Cinisello Balsamo, Cormano e Cusano Milanino, che in base alla tipologia di disabilità (motorio, psichica e sensoriale) non sono in condizioni di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici di linea per raggiungere dalle proprie abitazioni le destinazioni e viceversa.

         Le principali destinazioni sono: centri diurni quali CDD (Centro diurno disabili), CSE (centro socio educativi), SFA (centri di formazione all’autonomia), istituti scolastici, le strutture sociali e socio-sanitarie etc..

         Trasporto e accompagnamento presso i servizi semi residenziali ovvero Servizio di trasporto e accompagnamento presso i centri diurni, semi residenziali, ovvero CDD (Centri Diurni Disabili) di Cusano Milanino e di Cinisello Balsamo, CSE e SFA dell’ambito e fuori ambito, in comuni vicini, rivolto a persone in età post-scolastica deambulanti e non deambulanti in situazione di disabilità medio e medio-grave.

         Servizio di trasporto e accompagnamento di alunni minori e persone con disabilità medio e medio-grave presso vari centri scolastici e centri estivi, centri educativi e/o riabilitativi specializzati, centri di inserimento lavorativo situati sia sui Comuni dell’Ambito di Cinisello Balsamo, sia fuori ambito.
