         I concorrenti dovranno allegare alla documentazione di gara il

         PASSOE rilasciato dal portale A.N.A.C., ai fini della comprova dei requisiti di carattere generale, speciale, tecnico-professionale ed economico-finanziario, la cui verifica avverrà secondo quanto previsto dallart. 81 del Codice, attraverso l"utilizzo del FVOE (fascicolo virtuale delloperatore economico), reso disponibile dallA.N.A.C., come disposto con la delibera attuativa n. 464 del 27 Luglio 2022 e s.m.i.

         Requisiti di capacità tecnica ed economica-finanziaria richiesti:

         a)Per l"impresa che concorre singolarmente:

         a1) aver conseguito un fatturato globale minimo, relativo agli ultimi tre esercizi disponibili antecedenti la data del termine ultimo previsto per la presentazione dellofferta, compreso un determinato fatturato nel settore di attività oggetto di appalto, per un importo non inferiore a quanto di seguito specificatamente indicato per ciascun lotto (dichiarazione redatta in modo conforme al DGUE parte IV sez. B):

         - Lotto n.1: fatturato globale euro 900.000,00; fatturato specifico 300.000,00;

         - Lotto n.2: fatturato globale 740.000,00; fatturato specifico 240.000,00;

         - Lotto n.3: fatturato globale 840.000,00; fatturato specifico 280.000,00;

         -Lotto n.4: fatturato globale 1.100.000,00; fatturato specifico 360.000,00.

         In caso di partecipazione a più lotti limporto del fatturato minimo (globale e specifico) non deve essere inferiore alla somma del fatturato previsto per ciascun lotto di interesse.

         b)Per i R.T.I. sussistono le seguenti condizioni:

         b1) sono ammessi R.T.I. di tipo orizzontale in cui il soggetto mandatario possiede il requisito speciale di cui al punto a1) previsto per ciascun lotto in misura non inferiore al 40% di quanto prescritto, mentre ogni mandante possiede gli stessi requisiti in misura non inferiore al 10% di quanto rispettivamente prescritto. In caso di R.T.I. deve essere presentato anche il modello Q1-RTI (per i R.T.I. già costituiti) o Q2-RTI (per i R.T.I. non costituiti) attestante, tra laltro, la ripartizione dell"appalto fra le imprese riunite. Resta fermo che nel complesso il R.T.I. deve possedere il 100% dei requisiti speciali prescritti e che ciascuna impresa facente parte del R.T.I. deve possedere i requisiti di ordine generale di cui allart.80 del D.lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i.

         L"eventuale ricorso all"istituto dell"avvalimento è disciplinato dall"art.89 del D.lgs. n.50/2016 e s.m.i., salvo le eventuali ulteriori disposizioni presenti negli atti di gara.

         Documenti richiesti per l"ammissione alla gara: dichiarazioni conformi ai modelli G, DGUE ed A attestanti le dichiarazioni in esso previste nonché linsussistenza di qualsiasi condizione prevista allart. 80 del D.lgs. n. 50/2016 e s.m.i., per ogni impresa concorrente, sia che la stessa concorra singolarmente sia che concorra in raggruppamento e per le eventuali imprese ausiliarie (si rinvia a quanto stabilito negli artt.2,3 e 8 del DGNC).

         Si precisa che nel Modello DGUE la parte IV va compilata nelle sezioni A, B, C e D; la compilazione della sola sezione non sarà ritenuta idonea a dimostrare la capacità tecnica ed economica.

         L"eventuale ricorso alla facoltà di subappalto è disciplinato dalle norme di cui allart. 105 del D.lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i.

         I Concorrenti devono presentare la o le ricevute del/dei versamenti intestato/i a Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC) di importo pari a: euro 90,00 per il lotto n.1, euro 77,00 per il lotto n.2, euro 90,00 per il lotto n.3, euro 165,00 per il lotto n.4.
