per eventi inerenti la specificità del prodotto richiesto ossia l"utilizzo di staffe in alluminio come supporto per i validatori BV600, come offerto dall"appaltatore in fase di gara, è emersa la necessità di mutare la fornitura delle staffe in alluminio con le staffe in resina in quanto l"appaltatore RCS THALES ha comunicato con nota del 15.02.2023 di avere difficoltà nella fornitura delle staffe in alluminio, inizialmente per reperimento del materiale e successivamente perché i prototipi realizzati non soddisfacevano ancora le aspettative e il processo interno di qualità.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

è emersa la necessità di mutare la fornitura delle staffe in alluminio con le staffe in resina in quanto l"appaltatore RCS THALES ha comunicato con nota del 15.02.2023 di avere difficoltà nella fornitura delle staffe in alluminio, inizialmente per reperimento del materiale e successivamente perché i prototipi realizzati non sodisfacevano ancora le aspettative e il processo interno di qualità. Indicazioni di modifiche contrattuali precedenti: considerato il mutato scenario di riferimento della gara per l"adeguamento del sistema di bigliettazione elettronica delle aziende CTM e ATP - compresa l"interoperabilità con il sistema regionale e in particolare al Capitolato prestazionale LOTTO 1, paragrafo 7.4 - Card Data Model (CDM), nel corso della progettazione esecutiva, per eventi inerenti la specificità del progetto intervenuti nell"esecutività del progetto, è emersa la necessità di modificare il Card Data Model, in quanto eventi e condizioni hanno fatto sì che venisse meno l"esigenza di utilizzare il CDM della Regione Sardegna.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

con nota del 15.02.2023 la società RCS ITALIA comunica difficoltà nella fornitura delle staffe in alluminio, per difficoltà di reperimento del materiale sul mercato e perché i prototipi realizzati non soddisfacevano ancora le aspettative e il processo interno di qualità. Vista l"impossibilità del fornitore di reperire il materiale e di garantire il prodotto inizialmente offerto entro un termine compatibile coi tempi di realizzazione dell"intervento, si è optato ad autorizzare la sostituzione con le staffe in resina perché appare confacente, per affidabilità e caratteristiche.
