        Oggetto del presente Appalto è l’affidamento del «Servizio di custodia, gestione, indicizzazione, classificazione informatica, supporto logistico e organizzativo degli archivi di deposito della Direzione Regionale Sardegna».

        L’Appalto è costituito da un unico Lotto poiché la gestione del materiale archivistico della regione Sardegna risulta essere già oggetto di Lotto territoriale nel contesto della gara nazionale per la gestione del materiale documentale dell’Istituto.

        1. La Stazione Appaltante si riserva la facoltà di prorogare la durata del contratto in corso di esecuzione, nella misura massima di 6 (sei) mesi e per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione delle procedure necessarie per l’individuazione di un nuovo contraente.

        2. La Stazione Appaltante si riserva la facoltà , nei limiti di cui all’art. 63, comma 5, del Codice, di affidare all’aggiudicatario, nei successivi due anni dalla stipula del contratto, nuovi servizi consistenti nella ripetizione di servizi analoghi, secondo quanto previsto nel progetto posto alla base del presente affidamento, in vista del completamento delle opere di adeguamento degli immobili del Polo Archivistico Nazionale (PAN) e della successiva riallocazione presso gli immobili del PAN della documentazione archivistica, come di seguito indicati, per una durata pari a 12 mesi.
