          Le attività di direzione e contabilità lavori, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione e l"aggiornamento catastale sono opzionali. Il valore stimato dell’appalto ai sensi dell’art. 35 comma 4 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 è stato determinato nel Capitolato Tecnico Prestazionale pari ad € 770.980,96 (settecentosettantamilanovecentoottanta/96) oltre IVA ed oneri come per legge, di cui € 404.645,85 per i servizi di progettazione di fattibilità tecnica ed economica ed esecutiva, prove in situ e coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di progettazione, di cui € 368,85 (trecentosessantotto/85) per oneri della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso ed € 366.335,11 (trecentosessantaseimilatrecentotrentacinque/11) per i servizi opzionali di direzione e contabilità dei lavori, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione e l’aggiornamento catastale.
