         Il luogo di svolgimento del servizio è il Comune di Bovolone presso i locali della cucina centralizzata sita presso la scuola primaria Scipioni – Via Franco Cappa, 39 -[codice NUTS: ITh21]

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         La procedura ha per oggetto la gestione del servizio di refezione scolastica a ridotto impatto ambientale e comprende, in sintesi, i seguenti servizi:

         - Approvvigionamento e stoccaggio derrate alimentari; produzione pasti presso il centro cottura dell’appaltatore, da trasportarsi presso le scuole (plessi) del territorio indicate nel Capitolato; porzionatura e distribuzione giornaliera in dette scuole;

         - Allestimento dei refettori, pulizia tavoli e sedie, attrezzature e stoviglie dei relativi refettori.

         Si rinvia, per completezza, a quanto previsto all’art. 1 del Capitolato Speciale Descrittivo e Prestazionale, nonché a quanto delineato all’art. 6 “caratteristiche specifiche dell’appalto”, all’art. 7 “ Attrezzature a disposizione: Centro cottura” e a tutti gli ulteriori articoli definiti nel Capitolato.
