         La copertura finanziaria è prevista a valere sulla componente tariffaria dei costi operativi efficientabili secondo l’attuale metodo tariffario idrico. Il pagamento verrà effettuato in conformità a quanto previsto dal Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto. Per quanto attiene ai pagamenti trova applicazione l"art. 3 della L. n. 136/2010 in tema di tracciabilità dei flussi finanziari.
