         La concessione consiste nel diritto di gestire di custodire e gestire i movimenti in denaro e valori di competenza della ASST, nonché della fornitura degli strumenti finanziari indicati in Capitolato.

         La concessione è a titolo oneroso e comporta per il concessionario il pagamento di € 1.000/anno, la fornitura di ATM e POS.

         Il concessionario assume la gestione del servizio POS, per il quale viene remunerato sulla base di tariffe oggetto di negoziazione.
