         pena l’esclusione dalla procedura in quanto elementi essenziali dell’offerta, il concorrente deve soddisfare le seguenti condizioni: a) possesso dei requisiti di cui al D.M. 2 dicembre 2016 n. 263 (solo lotti di lavori previa progettazione )); iscrizione per attività inerenti l’oggetto del presente appalto, sia con riferimento all’attività di lavori che di servizi di cui all’appalto, nella C.C.I.A.A. o nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l’artigianato in conformità con quanto previsto dal comma 3 dell’art. 83 del D.Lgs. 50/2016; (solo lotti di lavori previa progettazione) iscrizione agli appositi albi professionali previsti per l’esercizio dell’attività oggetto di appalto del soggetto personalmente responsabile dell’incarico; b) non sussistenza dei motivi di esclusione di cui all’art. 80, D.Lgs. n. 50/2016.

         Pena l’esclusione dalla gara in quanto elemento essenziale dell’offerta, ciascun concorrente (secondo la forma con cui concorre e nel rispetto delle indicazioni del Capitolato d’Oneri) deve soddisfare la seguente condizione (in caso di partecipazione a più lotti, il requisito posseduto dal concorrente deve essere pari alla somma dei requisiti previsti dai lotti per i quali partecipa, inoltre non è ammesso che due o più concorrenti si avvalgano di uno stesso soggetto indicato per soddisfare il requisito di partecipazione richiesto con riferimento alle figure professionali richieste): solo per i lotti di lavori previa progettazione a) esecuzione negli ultimi dieci anni antecedenti la data di pubblicazione del bando, di due servizi “di punta” di ingegneria e di architettura, di cui all’art. 3, lett. vvvv) del Codice, relativi ai lavori appartenenti alle classi e categorie dei lavori indicati nel Documento di gara “Elenco prestazioni”, individuate sulla base delle elencazioni contenute nelle vigenti tariffe professionali, per un importo globale pari ad 0,4 volte l’importo stimato dei lavori di ciascuna delle categorie (prevalente e secondarie) cui si riferisce la prestazione; b) Possesso dei titoli professionali da parte del prestatore di servizio e/o dei componenti del gruppo di lavoro così come riportati al punto 7.2 H2) nel Documento “Disciplinare di gara”; per tutti i lotti c) attestazione S.O.A., regolarmente autorizzata, in corso di validità, che documenti la qualificazione per costruzione, ovvero per prestazioni di progettazione e costruzione, per categorie e classifiche adeguate ai lavori da eseguire, come riportate nel Documento di gara “Elenco prestazioni”.
