         L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura, il trasporto, la consegna e lo scarico di:

         a) n° 3 (tre) Cargo Loader per carico/scarico e trasporto container/pallet con capacità di sollevamento fino a 3,5 tons;

         b) n° 2 (due) Cargo Loader per carico/scarico e trasporto container /pallet con capacità di sollevamento fino a 7,5 tons,

         dotati di “on board charging”, secondo le caratteristiche tecniche indicate nel Capitolato Tecnico Prestazionale, costituente parte integrante e sostanziale dei documenti di gara.

         I soggetti che partecipano alla gara dovranno essere in possesso (i) dei requisiti generali di cui all’art. 80 del

         Ai sensi dell’art. 93 del D.Lgs. n° 50/2016, il concorrente dovrà corredare l’offerta di una cauzione di € 27.200,00 (ventisettemiladuecento/00), pari al 2% dell’importo presunto in appalto, da prestare mediante fidejussione bancaria o assicurativa ovvero nelle forme alternative previste dalla medesima disposizione di legge.

         Ove la cauzione venga prestata mediante fideiussione bancaria o assicurativa dovrà prevedere espressamente la rinuncia al beneficio della preventiva escussione del debitore principale, la rinuncia all"eccezione di cui all"art. 1957, comma 2, del codice civile, nonché l"operatività della garanzia entro quindici giorni, a semplice richiesta scritta della stazione appaltante.

         La garanzia dovrà avere validità per almeno 180 (centottanta) giorni dalla data di presentazione dell"offerta.

         Il corrispettivo per l’acquisto della fornitura in oggetto, è finanziato, ai sensi dell’art. 56 bis Reg. UE 651/2014, in parte dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti - Dipartimento per la mobilità sostenibile, in parte dall’Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile e in parte con fondi dalla Società appaltante.
