Esecuzione di maggiori prestazioni previste nella perizia di variante in ragione delle anomale precipitazioni di carattere nevoso con accumuli di notevole spessore nei mesi di febbraio e marzo dell"annualità 2022-2023.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

I mesi di febbraio e marzo dell"annualità 2022-2023 sono stati caratterizzati da anomale precipitazioni di carattere nevoso con accumuli di notevole spessore (oltre 1,5 mt in quota) e relativamente al mese di febbraio da temperature al di sotto delle medie stagionali che hanno comportato il superamento delle previsioni di spesa basato sullo storico delle precipitazioni nevose dell"ultimo triennio.Gli eventi di cui sopra rientrano tra gli eventi imprevisti ed imprevedibili di cui all"art. 106 comma 1 lettera c) del D. Lgs. n. 50 del 18/04/2016.
