         Ciascun concorrente (Impresa singola/Raggruppamento Temporaneo di Imprese/Consorzio/coassicurazioni/ aggregazioni tra imprese aderenti al contratto di rete/i gruppi europei di interesse economico) a pena di esclusione della gara e secondo quanto precisato nel Disciplinare, deve soddisfare le seguenti condizioni:
