         L’impianto TMB di Battipaglia opera un trattamento meccanico-biologico dei rifiuti urbani indifferenziati (EER 20.03.01) provenienti dalla raccolta effettuata in Provincia di Salerno, in virtù dell’Autorizzazione Integrata Ambientale, adottata con Decreto Dirigenziale della Giunta Regionale della Campania n. 190 del 11.8.2015 e ss.mm.ii. La lavorazione consiste in una tritovagliatura per la separazione della frazione secca da quella umida. In particolare, la frazione secca tritovagliata (FST) prodotta viene confezionata in balle, l’imballaggio avviene attraverso una pressatura, una rilegatura con filo di ferro ed una successiva filmatura con film estensibile plastico. L"oggetto della presente procedura riguarda il filo di ferro impiegato per la rilegatura delle balle.
