    Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to establish a Qualification System for Civil Engineering works associated with upgrading of the railway infrastructure and other related works that Iarnrod Eireann may undertake directly or on behalf of Bus Eireann, Dublin Bus or CIE on their properties.
    
    The extent and details of these works will vary from location to location.
    
    The project works (from €100k up to value of €1M) shall be tendered to those Contractors approved for inclusion on this Qualification System.
