The programme will be overseen by a 13-person steering committee, comprising representatives from the National Screening Service and the National Cancer Control Programme. The successful tenderer will provide a comprehensive, end-to-end targeted lung screening solution, which will involve the successful tenderer assuming responsibility for all aspects of the screening programme, from sending letters of invitation, participant screening, participant CT scan booking (where required) and reporting. The Contracting Authority requires a mobile solution that can undertake proposed lung health checks and subsequent scanning and associated visits (where required) in a non-hospital environment.
