         An Garda Síochána is undertaking this procurement process to identify a suite of solutions to enable the complete IT Service Management of An Garda Síochána’s ICT Service Catalogue as well as the full discovery and management of all Hardware and Software assets and associated licence usage and compliance. An Garda Síochána considers the details of Appendix 1 to be confidential information and have chosen not to include these details in the publicly available RFT documents. In order to access this information Tenderers must agree to the terms of the Tender Confidentiality Undertaking (Attachment 1). The Tender Confidentiality Undertaking must be downloaded from the Documents area within the Request for Tender, printed, signed by an authorised signatory. Tenderers must return a scanned copy of the signed Confidentiality Undertaking through the messaging system on eTenders.gov.ie as soon as possible, and return the signed original to Procurement, Garda HQ, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8.
