The National Maternity Hospital at St. Vincent"s University Hospital Campus - WORKS CONTRACTORS + PSCS;The proposed new National Maternity Hospital building will be located at the eastern side of St. Vincent"s University Hospital campus and will comprise the construction of a building that rises to seven (7) storeys above ground level, with one partial basement level, plus additional ancillary plant areas on the roof level, giving an overall height of 42.300m. The gross floor area of the building will be up to 53,676m2 including shared services / facilities for both the new National Maternity Hospital and the existing St. Vincent’s University Hospital Campus.

Procurement of Main Building Contractor will be by Restricted procedure and this is the subject of this PIN. There will also be Reserved Specialists to the Main Building Contractor; these Reserved Specialists presently are to be (1) Mechanical Services Installation contractor and (2) Electrical Services Installation contractor and they will be procured through the restricted procurement process also. Please note that there maybe other Reserved Specialists during the currency of the building contract.
