        Request for Tenders dated 1/09/2023 for the Provision of coordination and development services for the delivery of Cruinniú na nÓg to the Creative Ireland Programme

        The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media is seeking to appoint a service provider to support the ongoing development, implementation and coordination of Cruinniú na nÓg for the next three years. The Creative Ireland Programme requires these services to ensure demands are met. The services required include: i. Manage an online open call process for national strategic partners including developing the brief and evaluation; ii. Work with strategic partners to identify relevant Ambassadors for Cruinniú na nÓg and work with selected Ambassadors families to ensure clarity of purpose for those involved; iii. Work with Hub na nÓg to ensure the ‘Voice of the Child’ is present in all relevant documentation around Cruinniú na nÓg; iv. Liaise and coordinate with local authorities on programme content, provide support as required and deal with any relevant issues as they arise; v. Liaise and coordinate with strategic partners on programme content, provide support as required and deal with any relevant issues as they arise; vi. Assisting the Creative Ireland Programme team in the approval of content from local authorities to the website; vii. Deliver a professional support system to ensure a quality nationally coordinated event for the public; viii. Assist the Creative Ireland Programme with the Shared Island cross-border collaborative projects that build towards inclusion and involvement in 2024; and ix. Prepare an evaluation and report at the end of each year’s event.
