        In summary, the services compromise 1. The development of a Strategic Workforce Plan for the Department within an agreed timeframe that aligns with the Department’s strategic objectives. The Department wishes to fully document and develop our ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ capabilities, looking forward across a number of time horizons, 3 /5 / 10 years. 2.The development of an approach and methodology to workforce planning strategies that supports service delivery, the process of service redesign in the Department and the costing of unit values for producing particular services to our customers. This consultancy should provide a methodology to the Department in order to continue work on forecasting analysis into the future. In addition the Tenderer will be required to model options and recommendations based on changing assumptions. 3.The development of an approach to implement the Department’s business objectives to better measure the impact of digitisation on work design, use of AI, the building of resource capacity, while maintaining appropriate levels of frontline service delivery to members of the public.
