On behalf of our client, The Rehab Group, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender quotation for the Refurbishment of a Dwelling at 5 Ard Na Greine, Tullamore. Co. Offaly R35 C624

The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Government Short Public Works Contract.

The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and appropriate insurance cover as indicated in preliminaries section of the Works Schedule Document prior to signing of a contract.

Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed suitability assessment declaration via the eTenders platform

by 4pm noon on 20 March 2023

Contractors are requested to contact Mr Glenn Ballantyne of The Rehab Group at glenn.ballantyne@rehab.ie (mailto:glenn.ballantyne@rehab.ie) prior to any visit to the site to arrange a suitable time to view the project site/ existing building. Contractors must return a scan of a signed and dated form of tender and Pricing Schedule to be deemed a valid tender.

It is intended that the successful tenderer will commence the works in April 2023, subject to agreement of contract programme.

All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be circulated electronically and will not be issued in hard copy.
