Tender Title: Prequalification for Provision of Deareators
Description: The objective is to provide the Scope of Work for prospective Bidder/Manufacturer to design Calculations and Fabrication Drawings as per Datasheets or Project Specifications, Material Procurement and Fabrication, Assembly, Inspection and Testing, Painting or Coating, Transportation and Delivery at Site, Installation, Commissioning and Start-up assistance.
Mandatory Criteria: 1. Bidder / Manufacturer has confirmed compliance in writing with Scope of Work (by letter). 2. Bidder/Manufacturer shall have Valid license to use ASME and ASTM Codes and Standards for Deaerators manufacturing in accordance with ASME Section II, Section V, Section VIII Div.1 & Div.2, Section IX and HEI Codes.3. Bidder/Manufacturer shall have Valid license for ASME Certificate for Fabrication (U STAMP,U2 STAMP, PP STAMP, PRT STAMP) and National Board Certificate (R STAMP, NB STAMP).4. Bidder to submit minimum 3 (Three) copy of purchase order for supply of relevant type (HEI, U Stamp, U2 Stamp) of Deaerators to major Oil & Gas production companies within GCC in the last five years.5. Bidder/Manufacturer experience in Fabrication of Deaerators in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Copper Alloys, High Nickel Alloys, Titanium and Cladded equipment.6. Bidder to provide evidence of previous experience for design, manufacture and supply of required equipment as per scope & specifications (minimum 5 Years)7. Bidder/Manufacturer shall have In house Design facility including licenses for latest Version of Design Software including FEA.8. Bidder/ manufacturer has submitted Sample MTC for each item in the SOW meeting standard and TATWEER specification. 9. Bidder is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, or a COMPANY approved equivalent.10. Bidder/Manufacturer got In house certified ASNT Level III, Welding Inspector (CSWIP/AWS) and NDT.11. Bidder/Manufacturer In house Capacity for NDT, QA/QC, PWHT, Local PWHT, covered Blasting area, covered Painting area, Storage area for Incoming Material, Storage area for fabricated item, Area for load out items to site, ASME Vessel Fabrication Work area, and ASME Vessel Repair Work area, etc. listed in Specification.,

الوصف: الهدف هو توفير نطاق العمل لمقدم العطاء أو الشركة المصنعة المحتملين لتصميم الحسابات ورسومات التصنيع وفقًا لأوراق البيانات أو مواصفات المشروع ، وشراء المواد وتصنيعها ، والتجميع ، والفحص والاختبار ، والطلاء أو الطلاء ، والنقل والتسليم في الموقع ، التثبيت والتشغيل والمساعدة في بدء التشغيل.

المعايير الإلزامية:

1. أكد العارض / الشركة المصنعة امتثالها كتابيًا لنطاق العمل (عن طريق الخطاب).

2. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة ترخيص ساري المفعول لاستخدام رموز ومعايير ASME و ASTM لتصنيع أجهزة نزع الهواء وفقًا لقسم ASME II ، القسم V ، القسم VIII Div.1 & Div.2 ، القسم IX ورموز HEI.

3. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة ترخيص صالح لشهادة ASME للتصنيع (U STAMP ، U2 STAMP ، PP STAMP ، PRT STAMP) وشهادة المجلس الوطني (R STAMP ، NB STAMP).

4. يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم 3 (ثلاثة) نسخ على الأقل من أمر الشراء لتوريد النوع ذي الصلة (HEI ، U Stamp ، U2 Stamp) من أجهزة نزع الهواء إلى كبرى شركات إنتاج النفط والغاز في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في السنوات الخمس الماضية.

5. خبرة مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة في تصنيع أجهزة نزع الهواء في الفولاذ الكربوني والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ والفولاذ منخفض السبائك والسبائك النحاسية وسبائك النيكل العالية والتيتانيوم والمعدات المكسوة.

6. مقدم العطاء لتقديم دليل على الخبرة السابقة في تصميم وتصنيع وتوريد المعدات المطلوبة حسب النطاق والمواصفات (5 سنوات على الأقل)

7. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة مرفق تصميم داخلي بما في ذلك التراخيص لأحدث إصدار من برامج التصميم بما في ذلك FEA.

8. قام العارض / الشركة المصنعة بتقديم نموذج MTC لكل عنصر في SOW للوفاء بالمعيار ومواصفات TATWEER.

9. مقدم العطاء حاصل على شهادة ويعمل بنظام إدارة جودة موثق وفعال بناءً على متطلبات ISO 9001: 2015 ، أو ما يعادلها من قبل الشركة.

10. حصل مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة على شهادة ASNT من المستوى الثالث ، ومفتش اللحام (CSWIP / AWS) و NDT.11. مقدم العطاء / الشركة المصنعة الداخلية السعة لـ NDT ، QA / QC ، PWHT ، PWHT المحلي ، منطقة التفجير المغطاة ، منطقة الطلاء المغطاة ، منطقة التخزين للمواد الواردة ، منطقة تخزين العناصر المصنعة ، مساحة التحميل إلى الموقع ، أعمال تصنيع السفن ASME المنطقة ، ومنطقة عمل إصلاح السفن ASME ، وما إلى ذلك المدرجة في المواصفات.

How to Participate?

• Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://e-tendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Sunday, 05 March 2023
• Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
• For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
• The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.

• Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
• This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
