Contract Title: Procurement of 4 crematoria (100 kg) for the regional branches of the National Center for Food Security Diagnostics (NCFSD) (Lot 1); and 18 crematoria (50 kg) for the city and district level branches of the NCFSD (Lot 2) in GBAO, Sughd, DRS and Khatlon regions

1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the “One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Procurement of 4 crematoria (100 kg) for the regional branches of the National Center for Food Security Diagnostics (NCFSD) (Lot 1); and 18 crematoria (50 kg) for the city and district level branches of the NCFSD (Lot 2) in GBAO, Sughd, DRS and Khatlon regions”.

2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” (SI “AED”) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for lots as follow:

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from SI “AED” and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be received free of charge by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below by April 16, 2026 14:00 hrs (Dushanbe time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 16, 2026 14:10 hrs. (Dushanbe time).

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of: (i) Lot #1: USD 1 100 (United States dollars one thousand and one hundred) and (ii) Lot #2: USD 3 300 (United States dollars three thousand and three hundred).

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
