INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITIVE SELECTION
for filling vacant positions

Vacant Positions:

- Procurement Specialist – 1 position.

The National Social Investment Fund of Tajikistan (NSIFT) hereby invites qualified specialists with relevant professional experience to participate in the competitive selection process for the above vacant positions.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for each position can be found on the website: www.nsift.tj.

Interested applicants must submit the following documents to the NSIFT central office:

- application form for participation in the competition;

- personal data form and autobiography;

- Resume (CV) in Tajik and English;

- copy of educational certificates;

- copy of passport and a copy of employment record book;

- copy of of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate;

- copy of pension insurance certificate;

- medical certificate and two photos (3x4).

Deadline for submission of documents is no later than 17:00, March 11, 2026.

Applicants for the vacant position will be selected in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014).

Based on the results of the competition, the selected candidate who receives a high evaluation will be hired on a probationary basis. Incomplete and not submitted within the specified time document package will not be considered.
