2) This is a QFM Tender. Only Multi-Disciplinary Teams of Consultants who were successfully shortlisted in the (NParks/E/4/2024) can participate in this tender. (1) AR43 ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD., (2) KAY NGEE TAN ARCHITECTS, (3) ZARCH COLLABORATIVES PTE. LTD., (4) TAN + TSAKONAS ARCHITECTS LLP, (5) EZRA ARCHITECTS.
3) Some documents will be provided via email to the shortlisted Multi-Disciplinary Teams of Consultants who have attended the compulsory tender briefing and signed the non-disclosure form.
4) This is a Two Envelope Submission. "Price Schedule" and "Breakdown of Fee in Man-weeks and Man-weeks Rates" shall be submitted in the "Price" folder. All Other submission shall be submitted in the "Technical" folder.
