Remarks(a) The Board reserves the right to eliminate tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Invitation to Tender and gives those not eliminated the opportunity to submit new or amended Tender Proposals on the basis of the Board"s revised requirements.
(b) For Classes of Insurance involving PUB properties/operations in Singapore, Tenderer must be registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and licensed by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry out direct insurance business in Singapore.
(c) For Classes of Insurance involving PUB properties/operations in Malaysia, successful tenderer for the Regional Programme must ensure that the company issuing the Malaysian Local Admitted Policy issues a policy in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Tenderer must provide a (i) Certificate issued by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance or equivalent authority for the appointed Malaysian Insurer to carry out general insurance business in Malaysia.
(d) The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (i) Total Tender Price, (ii) Price Document & (iii) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
