Remarks1. Tender is open to tenderers who are registered with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (PEB) to supply professional engineering services. The Tenderer shall possess valid Practising Certificates (for all partners of a partnership) or Corporate Licence (for corporation). The Proposed PE (GEO) with 5 years" local experience and completed one building project 30 storeys and above and total project value of $15mil and above in last 5 years from tender close, shall be registered with PEB in the branch of Geotechnical Engineering.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title:"(PCG-TN250010) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for SPECIALIST PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING (GEOTECHNICAL) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROPOSED PUBLIC HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT PROJECT FF."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
