RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the PEB as specified in Clause 1.3 of these Instructions are critical criteria for this Tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Consultants who are registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and have in force a practicing certificate or licensed by the PEB to supply professional engineering
services as required under this Contract.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
