Remarks1. The Tenderer shall be registered with the BCA as an accredited checking organisation. The Tenderer must have performed accredited checking for high rise projects above $20M with no adverse report on the performance in the past 5 years. The Tenderer must have at least two Accredited Checkers and two qualified structural/civil engineers with degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board in its employment. (Please see other requirements / criteria in Evaluation Criteria).

2. PQM to be used for evaluation of this Tender.

3. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN240158) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for ACCREDITED CHECKING SERVICES FOR PROPOSED PUBLIC HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT PROJECT DM AND PROJECT DN".

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
