It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
