Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CR15 Site Investigation Works Workhead.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
