TO: All Contractors who have Category Water Work Construction (WWC) with the Renewed Licensees Valid for the Year 2016 E.C

1. Oromia regional state west shoa zone, Ejereworada Agriculture office has secured a budget from the FSRP Program (Food System Resilience Program) for the Golli Rehabilitation of the small-scale irrigation project.

2. Accordingly the Ejere Woreda Agriculture office invites eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the execution completion of the above small-scale project

3. The contractor with the license of water work constriction is invited to submit wax-sealed financial and technical documents as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited contract.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English purchased from the Ejere Finance procurement office during working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-returnee of Eth. birr 300 (Three hundred only). The method of payment be in cash only.

5. Interested contractors may obtain further information from site inspection and the Ejere Finance procurement office or FSRP Coordinator office.

7. The bid will be submitted to the Ejere Woreda Administration office at 10:00 A.M. (Morning) on 25 March 2024 G.C.

8. The bid will be open in the Ejere Woreda Administration office at 10:30 A.M (Morning) on 25 March 2024 G.C. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.

9. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount stated in the bid document ETB 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand Ethiopian Birr) in the form of cash payment (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee only and must be adders to EjereWoreda finances office and sealed.

10. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way

13. The successful Bidder shall be required to submit an Environmental, Social, Health, and Safety (ESHS) Performance Security of 1% of the evaluated total amount.

14. Technical proposal, unit rate breakdown, and schedule are a must.
