(b) Only Consultants who have been emplaced in the PUB Panel of Consultants for the Provision of Consultancy Services in the Category II - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services (Singapore) and Category III - Civil & Structural Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services (Singapore) are invited to tender for this project.

(c) The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (i) Total Tender Price, (ii) Price Document & (iii) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.

(d) QFM will be used for evaluation of this tender.
