RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA for access to the tender documents and drawing. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and requirements as specified in Clause 1.3 of these Instructions are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are Accredited Checking Organisation (ACO) registered with the Building and Construction Authority and have the relevant experience to provide professional consultancy services of Civil & Structural engineering to the Authority for checking services as required as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
Please refer to Clause 4 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with Authority"s requirements, the Quality-Fee Method for Accredited Checking [QFM(AC)] will be used to evaluate this Tender.
