1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received Additional Financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Phase II of the Integrated Dairy Productivity Improvement Project (hereinafter IDPIP-AF), and intends to use part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Procurement of Equipment and goods for selected milk processors LLC Talas Sut” to be procured under this project under Contract# IDPIP/AF/ G-11-2023/5B. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, excluding those payments that are contractually made under a letter of credit.

2. Agribusiness Competitiveness Center now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of following equipment: High fat cream separator

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Agribusiness Competitiveness Center, Mr. Torogul Bekov, ABCC Director, e-mail: tender@agromarket,.kg and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09-00 to 17-00 hours at the address given below.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English and/or Russian languages in PDF format may be obtained by interested bidders upon request via e-mail.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14-00 (local time - Bishkek) March 07, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 14-00 (local time – Bishkek) March 07, 2024.
