         The sewerage works shall be all be constructed within the Municipality of Gjilan, Kosovo and shall terminate at the site of a new WWTP at the confluence of the Morava and Mirusha Rivers.

         The procurement shall be under an EBRD Single-stage procedure. The sewerage works shall be constructed in accordance with drawings to be provided by the Employer. Payment shall be made on a remeasureable basis for the works undertaken and shall be made according to rates provided by the Contractor at the bid stage.

          The Contractor shall (a) maintain flows in the existing sewerage system during the works and (b) synchronise the availability of wastewater from the expanded and completed system to enable a period of trial operation at the new WWTP.

   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         Experience as a contractor (in any role), in the execution of at least three FIDIC contracts completed from 1 January 2016 prior to the expiry of the tender submission deadline, each with a value of works implemented by the Participant of at least 6,000,000 Euro or equivalent, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed contract.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         • Submission of audited balance sheets, or if not required by the law of the applicant’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Client;

         • Demonstration of estimated cash-flow requirements for six months in excess of EUR 2,000,000 equivalent;

         • No consistent history of litigation and/or arbitration resulting in awards against the applicant;

         • Availability of a valid ISO certification or internationally recognized equivalent, and,

         • Experience as a contractor (in any role), in the execution of at least three contracts, where key ESHS measures were carried out.

         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         Minimum average annual construction turnover of EUR 6,000,000 equivalent.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
