RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are the critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet the following critical criteria will NOT be considered:

(a) Registration with GeBIZ.
(b) At least five (5) years of experiences in installing, testing and commissioning of E&M system.
(c) Experience in design and implementation of GCC and on-premises ICT systems.
(d) Experience in design and implementation of at least 1 outdoor WLAN project in the last ten (10) years (across at least 3 different sites).

In the event for consortium, minimally one of the consortium partner who is jointly liable for the contract needs to meet the above criteria.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers who are registered with the following EPPU and Financial Grade will preferably be considered for this Contract - EPPU Supply Head Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) EPU/CMP/10 (Computer Related Hardware, Software and Services) with Financial Grade at least S10 and above. Tenderers who are registered with the EPPU must declare their registration status by completing Appendix A of the Instructions to Tenderers.

SUBMISSIONS :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION :
The Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this tender. Please refer to Clause 3.1 of the Evaluation Criteria.
