RemarksELIGIBILITY:
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender Documents/Drawings for Contract J173C will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 6 July 2023. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification for Contract J173C will need to submit applications as detailed in the PQ brochure. For details, please refer to the Pre-Qualification Notice published in http://www.gebiz.gov.sg. Please note that the closing date for the 2nd (final) PQ is 4 August 2023, 1600 hrs, Singapore time.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(1) Term NDA for access to the Tender Documents/Drawings, password will only be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration; and
(2) Password to access Tender Drawings_Clearance will only be provided to the Authorized Signatory (1 personnel) of your firm (as per Item 1.6 of PQ Form) who has obtained clearance.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
