Remarks(1) Applications for the 2nd PQ (final) are invited from Contractors with proven technical expertise and experience in the build of M&E Works (including D&B for Operation and Maintenance (DBfOM) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA)) in projects of comparable scale and similar complexity. Applicant must demonstrate that they have adequate resources to undertake the projects.

(2) Applicants shall note that registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under ME15 "Integrated Building Services" workhead in financial category L5 is the minimum qualifying criteria for this 2nd PQ exercise.

(3) All expenses incurred by the Applicant in the submission of this 2nd PQ shall be borne entirely by the Applicant.

(4) Please refer to the 2nd PQ Brochure for further details.

(5) Applicants shall request for an Application Number via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading as "2nd PQ-J173C - Request for Application No.".

(6) TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Applicants are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA:
(a) Term NDA for access to the 2nd PQ Brochure.

The Authority reserve the right to require Applicants to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Qualification CriteriaPre-qualification (PQ) for the Contract was advertised in GeBIZ on 30 March 2023 and all applicants have been informed of their applications. Tender Documents will ONLY be issued to the pre-qualified tenderers on 6 July 2023 for Contract J173C. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd PQ (final) for Contract J173C will need to submit their PQ applications as detailed in the PQ brochure electronically via GeBIZ . Interested applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar projects undertaken. Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the necessary: (a) Technical expertise, project management capability and physical resources in the build and installation of similar works; (b) Good safety, health and environmental (SHE) management capability and past safety performances; and (c) Financial capacity to undertake and sustain the project in Singapore.
