The Government of Sierra Leone has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP-2), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, develop and communicate work plan (Monthly and Quarterly) in line with the approved Annual Work Program and Budget (AWP&B) for the FSRP, Support and coordinate FSRP CERC activity implementation at the national and field levels. work in collaboration with FRSP M&E Specialist, PEMSD at MAFS, MAFS Technical Team, and other relevant Divisions in the Ministry to appropriately identify beneficiaries for component 4 interventions. The duration of the assignment is Twenty-Four (24) months and it expected start date in March,2023. The Project Management Unit now invites qualified individuals (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information (academic/ professional certificates and updated CVs) which demonstrate that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection Method set out in the “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020.
