• The Government of Uttar Pradesh (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “loan” (hereinafter called “loan”) toward the cost of the Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Growth and Rural Enterprise Ecosystem Strengthening Project. The PCU, UPDASP, Government of Uttar Pradesh, the implementing agency (the “Client”), intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
• The Project Coordinator, UPDASP Government of Uttar Pradesh, invites on-line proposals from qualified agencies to provide technical support services as Support Organization for Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Growth and Rural Enterprises Ecosystem Strengthening (UP AGREES) Project for Varanasi Division.
